It is my experience that PC Anywhere does a little UDP probe to determine if
it can reach the other machine *before* trying to TCP connect. Yes, this is
probably the stupidest thing you've ever heard.. but then you haven't heard
the one about them getting the byte-order wrong on the port numbers as well ;)
Which is why PC Anywhere may/may not be using TCP 5631 and UDP 5632, but may
in fact be using TCP 65301 and UDP 22! So you'll have to check your version
to see what ports it is really using.
