i believe i have solved my "connectivity" problem (or at least, it hasn't happened in a few hours). I believe, in the end, the problem was that when i installed rh6.0, it basically installed every module under the sun. i recompiled a new kernel, v2.2.9, but it was for some reason still "seeing" the old 2.2.5 modules. basicallly i deleted everything to do with 2.2.5, as well as deleting the /lib/modules directory, and did a make mrproper with the new kernel, and (with a little trouble) it all seems to work now. thanks Matt _______________________________________________ Masq maillist - [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://tiffany.indyramp.com/mailman/listinfo/masq Admin requests can be handled by web (above) or [EMAIL PROTECTED]
