There are several options, based upon whether the machine is a 68K or PPC
machine.
68K (that I know of):
FreeBSD
NetBSD
Linux/m68k
PPC (that I know of):
MkLinux (only one that supports older NuBus-based Macs?)
LinuxPPC (only PCI-based Macs)
Rhapsody
MacOS X Server
Try checking at <http://www.linux.org/projects/ports.html> for all the ones
that the Linux organization knows about.
