It sounds like you want to do NAT, but the stock Linux kernel doesn't do
NAT, only MASQ.
You could probably do this by setting up a separate subnet (perhaps
using aliased interfaces to avoid using more cable/NICs?), and uses
static host routes to forward the traffic directly to the designated
machine. That's not a masq issue at all, but a simple routing issue.
