ports=6660,6661,6662,6663,6664,6665,6666,6667,6668,6667,7000
since those are what most irc servers offer. but it's really up to u.

in Local Host, i dont think it matters
in IP Address, u have to put your internal lan IP for your computer
u're using mirc, for eg, 192.168.0.x

uncheck both "On Connect" boxes

in DCC Options, put ports First:6660, Last:7000  or the range of ports
u want it to listen to.
Everything should work just fine. I hope someone would write a minifaq
on this.
