The simple setup would be to use ipportfw for 2.0.x kernels and
"ipmasqadm portfw" for 2.2.x kernels.
But, to be honest, I would recommend to setup a split DNS setup on the
MASQ server itself. Then you can filter what DNS records you do and
don't want to expose to the Internet.
Check out the newest DNS-HOWTO at the LDP.
PS. The LDP is probably VERY old. Look at the HOWTO and find where its
real home is. Then get a newer copy there.
