If I'm not misinterpreting your diagram, then I think you need the PPTP masq
patch for you firewall. This will allow PPTP clients behind the firewall to
connect to an outside PPTP server.
There's a link to the PPTP patch on the masquerading home page. I'm using
it currently at home with a similar setup and works great.
