It's not an option.  It's built into the kernel.  It's enabled by
default.  If you're still having a problem, it's not one that Loose UDP
was designed to fix.

The option is enabled by a #define in /usr/src/linux/net/ipv4/ip_masq.c.
That's the only way for you to turn it off, if you decided you wanted to.
