Hmm, 10 minutes? That's what you have your UDP timeout set to. But,
IRC doesn't make use of any UDP packets, that I'm aware of, so I'm not
sure why this would happen.
I'm not an IRC user, though if anyone knows of any good clients (for
Linux of course), I just might dive in someday. :)
