This has nothing to do with the TrinityOS ruleset or MASQ and everything
to do with PPP and its dialing time.  I recommend you try changing 
your dialing time in that chat script.  I recommend you play around
with ATS11=.  Times will vary but I recommend you start with 50.

Mind you, faster times will make dialing totally unreliable or sometimes
unreliable.  A little slower will make things faster for dialing NOW and
reliable.
