Just wanted to apologize for this message getting stuck in the admin
system for 2+ weeks. Most of the time if a message is trapped by the admin
system, it's because
(1) the list name isn't in To: or Cc: (usually approved)
(2) the sender's address isn't on the list (usually rejected)
(3) too many recipients (rare on masq, usually rejected)
Normally if you send a message that is held for one of these reasons, you
will receive a note from the admin system about this. If you don't see
your message within 48 hours, you should be able to rectify the situation
yourself by
(1) putting the list name in To: or Cc:
(2a) posting from a subscribed address
(2b) subscribing the address you posted from
(3) sending the message just to the masq list.
