Change that to:
IP=`ifconfig $EXTIF | awk '/inet addr/ { gsub(".*:", "", $2) ; print $2 }'`
/usr/sbin/ipmasqadm portfw -a -P tcp -L $IP 2200 -R 10.0.0.22 21
where EXTIF is your interface to the internet, i.e. ppp, eth0, eth1, etc.
Obviously this will have to run whenever your IP address changes.
