Have you guys tried the new ICQ 2000a beta? It's available right off their
webpage (finally), and (FINALLY) allows you to specify incoming port ranges
to be more firewall-compatible. I haven't tested it yet extensively, but you
might want to give it a try... It might negate the need for the icq_masq
module...

There have been several suggestions. The first was to upgrade make to the
latest version. I don't know if that's a valid solution. Another person

Lastly, we modified the Makefile as follows to get it to compile without the
"Missing separator" error:
Line 15: Change the filename at the end of the line to Makefile.arch1
Line 16: Change the filename at the end of the line to Makefile.arch1
Line 17: Change the filename at the end of the line to Makefile.arch2
Line 18: Change the filename at the end of the line to Makefile.arch2
Line 43: Add Makefile.arch1 and Makefile.arch2 to the list of files to be
removed.
