As the result of a client's upgrading, I have available to me a bunch
of older Intel EtherExpress 16 cards. They work beautifully under
Dos, Win95 and Netware, but I can't get cooperation with Linux. The
kernel recognizes the card just fine, and ifconfig shows the
appropriate interface, but I don't see a link light, and nothing gets
transmitted or received. If anybody out there has used these cards
successfully, I'd appreciate knowing how you did it.
