These are requests to port 53, the DNS service port.  Someone behind
your firewall is making DNS requests.

If you are running a local caching nameserver (probably a good idea),
then it indicates a misconfigured client behind the firewall.  If not,
and all clients make their requests directly to your ISP's DNS server,
it means your firewall needs to allow this traffic through.
