Hello all:
I've got a standard run-of-the-mill Win95 connected to a Linux
firewall/masq box running a cablemodem. ...with a twist...
I have Windows VPN tunneling software (Altavista) installed on my Win95 box
that connects me to my company's LAN. I can connect to my company just
fine from Win95 through the Linux box.
However, I cannot connect *from* the Linux box to my company. This is the
goal.
My question: Is it possible to route traffic intended for my company's
network that is initiated from my Linux machine through my Win95 PC (to get
in the tunnel) and then back through my linux masq'ing machine and out to
my company?
Perhaps if I set up Wingate or similar on the Win95 box?
I hope that makes sense.
I've checked and there is no Linux version of the client
(http://www.altavista.software.digital.com/tunnel/index.asp)
Thanks.
