I've got an almost identical setup (except I'm 2.0.32) and I'm having the
exact same problem. No solution yet, but if you just joined the list I can
send you yesterday's posts so you can see what it's NOT.
Please post the sites you cannot reach to see if there is any pattern. So
far I am having trouble with
