I finally got it working. It did not seem to be passing the options in the
rc.local file, I guess it haldted the execution of the file after the
command I had in there to mount my CD-ROM.
It seems to work great, I set my MTU to 1500 so it seems much faster on my
windows machine than normal but I can't seem to do long transfers.
I retrieved the MTU patch from http://ipmasq.home.ml.org but I am embarrased
to say that I don't know how to apply it correctly. I have tried:
patch -p0 masq-mtu-fix-0.3.patch
But no luck, it just sites there doing nothing. It is in my /usr/src/
directory BTW, so that's not the problem.
Anyone have any ideas?
