I too get these messages. I am running Slackware 3.4 with kernel 2.0.33, and it does
show the date/time in /var/adm/debug. Often it will give the error for a certain IP
address, then the next line in debug will be something like "last message repeated 7
times".
It is not always the same IP address, occasionally the same one will appear, but more
times it is a different one.
I asked a while ago and someone the list said not to worry about it, unless there are
many *many* such errors, but I might get one or two of these each day - possibly 1% of
accesses, probably much less, so I haven't worried about it.

I get them all the time. On certain hosts.
At work, its worse, only because more people use it. I don't worry about them
too much.
I just wish it would provide the date/time it happened, but it doesnt :)
