You don't need to apply the patch, the code is already in kernel 2.0.32.
Simply turn on the experimental code (CONFIG_EXPERIMENTAL) during config
and you can then turn on the ip masquerade auto forward code
(CONFIG_IP_MASQUERADE_IPAUTOFW). After building the kernel and rebuild,
you will have /proc/net/ip_autofw available and then you can use
ipautofw. When you build ipautofw command, you need to modify the source
and comment out some of the headers to fix the combination problem.
