Are you saying that someone in the private LAN wants to connect to the
NT box, also in the private LAN? I suspect that's not what you're
asking, because of course it will work. :)

It can be done, but if you want to forward between two LAN's separated
by a masq box, you will have to do some port forwarding to make it work.
Fortunately, the masq code works within the firewall layer, so you can
train the firewall to only allow specific IP addresses to be forwarded
through your masq layer, using rulesets.
