When Canton had the 2 alarm fire, the Canton dispatcher was calling
the Norfolk County dispatcher to acquire mutual aid resources - the
Norfolk County dispatcher would call around to various FDs looking for
available units - the dispatchers from the various FDs would
acknowledge the requests - this was all done on 482.275R

483.3375R - Sharon struck box 411 for mutual aid to Canton

159.21 - digital paging - Boston Police apparently

483.4625R - Newton had a garage fire - one message from "1 Alpha" was
totally broken up

483.4625R - Newton had a car crash at Cherry and Derby Streets - the
repeater kept dropping out - this has been ongoing for years - I think
it is a problem with this brand of repeater or console - usually seems
to happen if the dispatcher tries to start talking as a field unit
stops talking - AMR Medic 5 responded to the call

453.3875R - Sunday - Shrewsbury answered on the North repeater today -
they were loud and clear

123.45 - foreign pilots speaking - maybe Hebrew?

122.925 - 395 Alpha Echo talking to ??? Aviation - had a couple of
passengers going to customs

482.275R - 23 Nov 2008 - Medway answered the test at 9AM - County
Control said "welcome onboard"

159.09R - Harvard PD and Amb responded to a 3rd party call - reported
as "the father was on the phone yelling, the line went dead, no answer
on callback" - turns out, the wife had tried to seperate 2 fighting
dogs and got a minor puncture to the wrist - Harvard PD 806 and a
Bolton PD unit responded - Harvard Ambulance 9A1 and units 925 & 932
responded

483.3625R - Burlington box 3285 is at 55 Network Drive - E2 E1 Tower1
& C3 responded

154.25R - Malden FD - Ladder 1 enroute to Attleboro (? Greenwood Fire
Apparatus for repair ?) - 735AM Monday

471.0625R - loud repeater - this channel is usually totally dead -
"551 to 3 - can I see you in back of the Centre St lot?" - maybe
Brookline PD

155.715R - Needham school buses & Lyons Amb & Ashby still all share this freq

461.60R - security guards in Boston - ? First Security - loud repeater
- Talbot St at Barnard St were mentioned

155.76 & 155.76R - Lunenburg FD uses both repeater and non repeater ops

460.90 - somebody is still using portable radios on there - very scratchy to me

158.88 - some DPW - possibly Braintree

482.775R - Belmont had a working kitchen fire this morning - all comms
were loud and clear - covering units from Arlington (E2) and Waltham
(L2) both were heard on 482.775R

462.95 - nice blast of digital intermod - I seem to hear much loess of
this digital intermod these days - maybe NEXTEL ? is turning down
their power???

47.88 - taped female voice "WPJU942"

158.895 - someone local - "Base to 44" - "Base to 43": - not a
repeater system - probably is Medford Housing Authority - 214 Wells or
Willis was mentioned

461.95R - mtnce guys - lights out on (floor) 15

153.965 - this might have been a repeater - it sounded like a police
dispatcher talking to a DPW dispatcher - "Officer Silverman reported a
truck dropped stones at 119 and Silver Hill - might have been 117 and
Silver Hill

483.1875R - BFD chasing a smoke odor at the Shattuck Hospital - all
comms are loud and clear
