1. Why did Brookline get the call originally?

2. Apparently Brookline did not enter the address into a computer to
see if the location was actually in Brookline - although, if Brookline
has a 25 Boylston St address in the other end of town, this could get
tricky - the caller would have to be asked for a cross street - or
someone would have to consult a telephone book or some sort of
detailed data base of occupancies
