yesterday - someone burnt food in a laboratory - it set off a smoke detector in a conference room - apparently neither of the master boxes at the hospital were working - the hospital (operator) called the Fire Dispatch Center via telephone - both master boxes were tested by FD units at the scene - neither box was received by the Fire Dispatch Center - possibly one box had been taken off line by a city electrician on Friday
