What does trinity in Haverhail use? and is there a Freq. that
you can here the driver on? if not I'll count on the
                  Ditspatcher to repete it all.

No difference in the tones in regards to the call
                  priority...just dispatcher preference

Prioroty 1 is a life threating situation..ie cheat pain,
cardic arrest. mva on th eblvd or the connector etc.

Priority 2 is minor emergencies...most mvas, person not
                  feeling well

                  Priority 3 is non emergent

Trinity Haverhill uses haverhill fire for emergency
dispatch I
will work on getting the frequency for everything else

                  radios

What is the differnce between cars 1-11 and the portable
radios in lowell. I know the cars patrol their sectors but
what are the portables. Are they decteves, or unmarked cars?
Or are they just kinda whatever. Thanks
