On paper - apparently Fallon Amb has split into 2 agencies.

Fallon EMS is the ALS units.

Fallon Amb is the BLS units.

Apparently there is a Medicare rule that 1 company can only bill for 1
unit on 1 call. So if a call requires a ALS amb and a BLS amb - having
the company split in 2 allows 2 bills to be submitted to Medicare - 1
bill for 1 ALS unit - and a 2nd bill for a BLS unit.

I think that the Mass OEMS amb list shows one other ambulance company
doing this. maybe STAT or Cape Cod.
