I think it was MEMA that I heard putting out the message - probably I heard it on 153.965 - they led off with a 2 tone pager tone set - there was a high tone of 1 second followed by low tone of 1 second.
Anyone know the 2 tones? That might be very useful info for anyone with a fire tone decoder in their scanner.
