I think that most of the newer radio consoles all provide the 'multicast / 
simulcast' capability.

My definitions -

multicast - broadcasting from several different locations on several different 
freqs

simulcast - broadcasting from one location on several different channels

synchronized simulcast - broadcasting from several locations on 1 freq

(obviously - "simulcast" is a contraction of 'simultaneous' and 'broadcast' - 
"multicast" is a combination of "multiple" and 'broadcast') - these might be
