Does Chelsea have a new rule that all of the stations have to be covered continuously?
I noted that Revere Eng 1 was listed as "out of service" today on their radio test, but they gave their availability at 1130 as 1 and 1. If Engine 1 was out of service for lack of manpower for 24 hours, then Sta 1 would have just Ladder 1 - and Station 3 would have Revere Eng 3 and Malden Eng 4. Revere Sta 5 would have Eng 5 only - and Revere Sta 4 would have Eng 4 and Ldr 2. Apparently. Sort of. Purportedly. Hypothetically. Actually.
