At 930AM Lowell FD moved all of their units to Ch2. They reported that
Ch 1 was offlline (unuseable). A rollcall was done on Ch 2 - I just
heard the dispatcher ("Fire Alarm") - I did not hear any mobiles or
portables reply - units called were - Eng 1 - Eng 100 - Eng 1000 - Eng
2 - Eng 200 - Eng 2000 - Eng 3 out of service and not tested - Eng 4
yadda - Eng 6 yadda - Eng 7 yadda - Eng 10 - Eng 10 hundred - Eng 10
thousand - Eng 11 - Eng 11 hundred - Eng 11,000 - Ldr 1 out of service
and not tested - Ldr 2 - Ldr 200 - Ldr 2000 - Ldr 3 yadda - Ldr 4
