I heard a Seabrook Emergency Planning Zone (EPZ) test on 153.965 & 151.??? - apparently the test was done on the statewide linked network. Or on those 2 repeaters only. ???? I have not heard any Pilgrim EPZ tests. Nor Vernon VT.
