Armstrong Ambulance does not have a single ALS unit available right now. Arlington FD just requested a paramedic unit from Pro amb in Cambridge for a cardiac call. Arlington firemen (EMTs) are already on scene treating the patient. There must be a lot of ongoing medicals in town, because Armstrong has at least 4-5 ALS units avail to Arlington. Did anyone hear the earlier ones just now (between 130 and 145 pm)?
