Looking at the Cambridge Assesors site -
The plot labeled as 767 Memorial Drive which is a 15 story hotel owned by MSNP
Cambridge Acquisition at the corner of Pleasant St shows up on the Internet as
the Radisson Hotel at 777 Memorial Drive - 16 floors - 197 rooms - 6 suites -
Courtyard Boston Cambridge - Marriott - unless there are 2 highrise hotels
right next to each other at that corner - I dont think that there are
The plot labeled as 900 Memorial Drive includes 3 highrise - 21 floors, 22
floors, and 21 floors - all owned by Harvard University
The plot labeled as 8-12 Museum Way shows as a 25 story hirise condo bld -
Regatta Riverview - this plot may actually include 2 highrises - one at number
8 and one at number 12 - I am not sure on that one yet
On the Internet, Archstone Cambridge Park claims that it is adjacent to Alewife
T and Galleria Mall or Galleria Cinema or something - in any case - the street
address of 30 CambridgePark Drive seems to place it at the end of the road next
to Alewife T out in the swamp
On the Internet, Archstone NorthPoint claims to be at 1 Leighton St - built in
2008 - studios and apts - possibly 25 floors from a photo - 02141 is the Zip
Code - travel directions say go OBrien Highway to East St to Leighton St
Industrial Park road might have been renamed to North Point Blvd - the whole
area is supposed to have 30 new blds soon
