One of the comments somewhere mentioned that the City of Lowell does not have any official dispatch SOPs. That might result in the dispatcher getting his job back with a nice settlement. Maybe Lowell 911 uses the ole "stick it" notepad SOPs - stick on the console - pull them off when the crap hits the fan. SOPs - now you see em - now you dont. Peter sz
