Listening to Billerica FD on 483.475 R PL 74.4 this morning - the dispatcher cannot receive and transmit at the same time - field units are as loud as the dispatcher via the repeater if both speak at the same time - 0 second unkey time of repeater after dispatcher - half second unkey time of repeater after a field unit - Engine 110 is a portable radio from Eng 1 apparently - and Engine 100 is apparently the officer of Engine 1 - E1 + E4 + L1 went to a box alarm at Billerica Mall
