The box alarm was at the Light House Nursing Center at 204 Proctor Ave - the Deputy Chief reported a power failure - maybe that is why the dispatcher's radio console failed - Ladder 2 reported that the alarm panel was not in alarm - the dispatcher reported that he had received a (phone) call from the facility (and / or the alarm company)
