Somerville FD did radio test on Ch2 483.4625 R - PL 131.8 - Medic 2 reported that they were hearing an open mike with ID 5600 - dispatcher said that she did not hear it Danvers - open 911 line - someone requesting FD multi times - unknown problem - E1 E3 R1 sent - then received relay call for a water problem - apparently was a plumbing problem being reported by a mute person Medford FD had smoke on the 7th floor at box 3914 - all comms were done on the Channel 1 repeater - 482.1375 R - SOP seems to be that first due officer goes to fire floor via elevator - 1 FF stays on elevator - 3rd FF stays at pumper - all other units stay outside - ???????
