Wasnt there big problems with the Medical Examiner Office previously? Maybe in the 1980s? Maybe more recently. Didnt they just clean up a backlog of rape kits? Yeah - that was it - rape kits that had never been tested. And there was a bad ME who falsified results I think. And BPD was planting fingerprints a few years back? And BPD had the missing drugs from the drug warehouse in Hyde Park that were never found. Plus the Probation Dept - plus the Housing Authorities - plus the Lt Gov car crash - plus all the rest of the stuff.
