866.849.0404 does not like the number that I entered so it tells me to call 888-504-4770 which IDs as " Verizon Voice Messaging Service " - it asks me for phone number I am trying to reach - I am clueless - I hit "0" - I get a message "number not in service in this organization - look in your directory"
