I was told off list that 458.8875 is NOT used for radio fire boxes. It
is used as a link from mobiles to lowband.

Stow FD also has a low power UHF repeater in operation. It might be
linked to low band in 2013. Or it might replace the low band. Time
will tell.

Bottom line - Stow FD is transitioning from low band to UHF.
