You can the change using Google Maps - the map shows the new section
on the onramp - the aerial view does not show the new section
(although it is indicated by a gray line) - just search Google Maps
for Hope Ave in Worcester

I guess the incident was actually in Worcester or very close to the
Auburn and Worcester municipal borders
