It sounds as though the only traffic on 155.16 from Trinity Ambulance is the dispatches of the ambulances. No chair car calls. No arrival messages. Perhaps the dispatcher is simulcasting just the initial dispatches from some other radio system, in order to give the Lowell medics a heads up on potential serious calls.
