http://hereandnow.wbur.org/2013/02/18/aspirin-dos-donts

the audio tape might be 10 minutes long - it was a long segment

the 2 big things that I heard was -

1. no kids should be taking aspirin - not even "baby aspirin" or "kids aspirin"

2. if someone is definitely having a heart attack, they should
immediately chew a adult size 320 mg aspirin (although I imagine that
you could chew 4 of the baby size aspirin of 80 mg each) - if someone
was unconscious I suppose you could crush a aspirin and stick it under
the persons tongue (?????)

(aspirin interferes with the bodys clotting mechanism - therefore it
is known as a "blood thinner")

==============================

Possible problem - if the symptoms of a bleeding ulcer mimicked the
symptoms of a heart attack - that could be a problem I suppose -
????????
