I just drew up a little map for Essex County for all of the hospital to ambulance channels at 463 Mhz. By my calculation, after the narrowbanding, there are now enough channels to give each hospital in Essex County their own channel. With 2 left over as spares.
This is what I came up with - none of the channels are adjacent - Newburyport - 15 Haverhill - 12 Methuen - 4 Lawrence - 8 Lowell - 6 Gloucester 10 Burlington - 13 (not in CMED district ?) Peabody - 5 Beverly - 3 Salem - 7 Winchester - 11 Lynn - 9 Medford - 16 Everett - 14 Channels 1 and 2 are spare The list is easy to make up. Just start anywhere and some adjacent hospitals the even channels. When you run out of even channels, start using the odd channels.
