On a Boston EMS tac channel - the dispatcher is saying - we got a cancel on this - our calltaker talked to the party - he did not deny being suicidal but said he wanted to get help tomorrow - I dont know who put in the cancellation - it is better if you get eyeballs on him and evaluate him - obviously we cant do anything if he seems OK and refuses help
