Solution - every incident that is entered into the CAD (or dispatch system) has to be double checked ASAP. Even if it means that someone in California has to count box beeps in Massachusetts, or if someone in Massachusetts has to run a Google Maps search on a a address in California. Even if someone in Alaska has to review the audio of a 911 call in San Antonio.
