Actually they talked to Dr Paul ?Bidinger of MGH Emerg Prep - he said that first patient arrived (without notification) within 9 minutes of when the ER first became aware of a incident at the finish line (he did not say within 9 minutes of being alerted by CMED )
30 of most critical were transported from scene in 20 minutes - (??? how many were left at scene???) in 2005 - doctors from Israel visited MGH and lectured about IEDs an "ultra triage system" was run to speed patients into the ER - ????
