469.7875 - DPL 172 - "Bedford, you will be getting H1 from (?Bedford?) quarters" - this was the Armstong dispatcher answering the Bedford dispatcher apparently - probably Bedford had requested ALS from NSP - I did not get a chance to monitor 464.7875 to see if that was active
