$60 million budget - ???????? - 85% paid by the Feds - ?????????? -
this must be a "federalized" housing authority

In any case - the rules are always the same for the tenants - tenants
pay 30% of income as their rent - state, federal, Section 8 - doesnt
matter - its all the same from the tenants point of view - its always
30% of income is your rent

Apparently none of the able bodied in the Worcester projects are
actually working - and no one is receiving Social Security (which
averages $1,200 per month from what I have heard)

something really doesnt add up in this article - where does the $60M
go ? - mtnce + capital costs + utilities - what else? - its just
housing - it isnt a factory (there are no costs for raw materials or
research)
