I hope this is the right URL - because this is pretty cool

Its a tiny ultrasound device device that allows an doctor to put a
needle right into a big artery by your heart

One of the other videos here shows ER docs from a Los Angeles trauma
center - they put these ultrasound devices on all of the trauma room
beds - but they didnt show the device - so I am not totally sure what
this is all about - basically it seems to be bringing an ultrasound
capability to every ER bed - which is better than taking unstable
patients to the CAT lab
